UPDATE: Tippecanoe County Council hearing on Tuesday July 14 @ 8:30am
Below are rough estimates for how much residents served by the following Townships & their affiliated fire departments are paying in the Public Safety Tax, and whether those fire departments have received funding since the Public Safety Tax's inception.
We are encouraging residents across the County, whether they live in our Wabash Township Fire Department's service area, the service area of another unfunded fire department, or in the service area of one of the three funded fire departments, to sign the petition, in recognition that Fire & EMS providers across the County deserve to gain access to the funds that the residents they serve are already paying.
